The Approach on DOJO II

We will work on a real life case. 

The space is provided and the opportunity is there to practice your creative leadership.

There will be a structure and focus for the three days – it is however open for changes as we work.

 Focus of day 1, th. 18.11 : 13 - 20

·         Work on defining challenges and bring in real life cases

·         Creative Leaders dinner (social event)

Focus of day 2: 9 -16

·         Work on challenges in sessions where teams will be self-organizing by practicing leadership, feedback, creating alignment, commitment and direction.

·         Present and try out on challenges

·         Sharing stories of experience

·         Creative Leaders dinner (social event)

Focus of day 3: 9 - 15

·         Work on challenges as day 2

·         Final presentation

·         Learning gained

·         Feedback to the Dojo II – a new beginning of the Dojo III
